Inspired by the fresh, lively nouveau wines of Beaujolais, this bottling offers a first glimpse of the 2026 vintage, and its vibrant energy naturally complements the season's celebrations. This wine goes through 100% carbonic fermentation with native yeast and is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without sulfur. It’s alive and ephemeral – meant to be enjoyed now and through the end of the year.
