This Chiroubles (one of the 10 crus of Beaujolais) comes from organically grown vines, offering a light and fruity wine with aromas of fresh red berries. Its delicate structure makes it an ideal companion for dishes such as roast poultry or a warm goat cheese salad.

Vineyard: This Chiroubles comes from a single plot located in the lieu-dit “Javernand,” at an altitude of 430 meters. The vines, ranging in age from 10 to 80 years (2025), grow on shallow granite topsoil with granite bedrock, facing south.

Vinification: 100% whole cluster, semi-carbonic, natural fermentation and maceration. The grapes were vinified in concrete vats, and the wine aged for 7 months in old 228–600 L French oak demi-muids. 10 ppm (10mg/L) total added sulfites, no fining nor filtration.
