Its delicate structure makes it an ideal companion for dishes such as roast poultry or a warm goat cheese salad.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eVineyard\u003c\/strong\u003e:\u003c\/span\u003e This Chiroubles comes from a single plot located in the lieu-dit “Javernand,” at an altitude of 430 meters. The vines, ranging in age from 10 to 80 years (2025), grow on shallow granite topsoil with granite bedrock, facing south.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eVinification\u003c\/strong\u003e:\u003c\/span\u003e 100% whole cluster, semi-carbonic, natural fermentation and maceration.
